Entrepreneurial training for women managers

Purpose: development of entrepreneurial skills for 20 female managers in Iasi and knowledge certification and diplomas issued by MMFES and CNFPA.

Adaptable and training performance

General objective: promoting competitiveness and adaptability of the existing workforce at all levels of enterprises to increase productivity at work.
- Adopting and implementing an environmental management system training programs focused on the ISO 14001;
- Improving the performances of those involved in the production process through the use of training programs and programming numerical machines;
- Improving business performance management and operational staff of the SC SIDEM SRL training programs focused on economic software, as well as English language training programs;
- Training and skills training needed for training through a training of trainers.
